NOTES:

• Since these items are made to order, the order cannot be canceled. The items cannot be returned except for mistakes in printing. Custom bracelets require about a 50% deposit upon ordering. Your credit card will be initially charged for about 1/2 the cost of your bracelet order. Delivery on custom bracelets takes a few weeks.
  
  
• APO and international addresses are OK. There is no extra charge for APO addresses, except for a necessary insurance charge. If there are special shipping requirements, registered mail etc, those charges would be extra.
  
  
• Bracelets come with individual velvet bags.
  
  
• Time required usually runs about a month sometimes less.
  
  
• A 1/2 deposit is required up front, as is the case on all custom engraved orders. We will do our best to expedite and accurately fill your order. We stand behind all our work.
